Terms of use

These terms cover your use of energy3.org and Energy3 Intel, run by the World Energy3 Forum ("the Forum").

Research, not advice

Everything on this site is for research and education. Nothing here is investment, legal, tax or engineering advice, a recommendation, or an offer to buy or sell securities. Company information is often reported by the companies themselves and may be incomplete or wrong. Make your own decisions with your own advisers.

Your account

Membership is free. Keep your sign-in email secure; anyone with access to it can sign in as you. We may turn off accounts that misuse the site, scrape it, or share member-only content in bulk.

Member content

Profiles, reports and data in Energy3 Intel are for your own use. You can quote small parts with credit to the World Energy3 Forum. Don't republish or resell it in bulk.

Introductions

When you ask for an introduction, we pass your name, organization and message to the company. Whether either side follows up is up to you. The Forum isn't a broker and takes no part in any deal.

Changes

We may update these terms. If the changes are significant, we'll tell members by email.
