What we collect
- Your email address, and the profile details you give us when you join (name, organization, role, interests).
- What you do in Energy3 Intel that you'd expect us to remember: watchlists and introduction requests.
- Forms you send us, such as Forum 2027 interest, contact messages and press inquiries.
- Basic security records: sign-in times and the network address used, to stop abuse.
- How the site is used, measured by our own first-party tracking (no ad networks): pages viewed and for how long, the site that sent you, your rough location (city level) and device type, and whether our emails were opened and their links clicked. Once you sign in or send us a form, this is linked to your email so we can see which companies and topics interest members.
How we use it
To run your account, send the emails you signed up for, organize the Forum, and pass on introductions you ask for. We don't sell personal information.
Who sees it
Forum staff. When you request an introduction, the company you asked about sees your name, organization and message. Our service providers (hosting, database and email delivery) process data on our behalf.
Your choices
The newsletter goes only to members who chose it, and every issue has an unsubscribe link. Browsers that send a Global Privacy Control signal are never tracked, and you can turn off tracking in this browser at any time. To see, correct or delete your data, email team@energy3.org.
